Help answer the question about hotels deals
Is there a site where I can get a flight + hotel deal with multiple hotels? For example, if I'm looking to fly into Dublin but I don't want to stay in Dublin the entire time I stay there, but I do plan to fly back out of Dublin – Is there a site that will let me book a flight/hotel deal with 2 or 3 different hotels?

Check out the Flamingo. The location is ideal and prices are still very low. They have refurbished their rooms and the pool area is the best around.
You can still get rooms around 75-100 on non-weekend nights. Thursday-Saturday is more expensive, but still half the price of surrounding hotels.
Go to their website and check it out.

I wouldn't book through any of the broker sites like Orbitz or Hotels.com until you check hotel sites directly. I booked directly through the hotel website where I stayed and I watched the site every couple of days. Whenever the rate dropped, I called and asked for the lower rate. By the time I went the room was over $30 cheaper per night than when I originally booked it. I was so proud of myself.

Excalibur is a excellent deal but its not center strip. It's actually the third closest to the end of the popular resorts. Imperial Palace is center strip but I hear the rooms are old and outdated. Every time I have gone in that casino though many people are having a good time but the hotel check in is basically on the casino floor (not good to me). So it depends on what you are most interested in: comfort =Excalibur, location = Imperial Palace.

I would say Cancun is a better option…its just beautiful…
and I would think that depending on what kind of parties you go depends if its gonna be a problem for your sister…
also I would recommend getting a room before you go…but I bet there will be some available rooms but may not be so good…
and I dont think it matter how old you are…
cheers

Tahiti Village is a time share place and you will be forced to set through a lot of high pressure sales pitches. It's nowhere near the strip and the free show tix they offer are for some really crappy shows. Everyone has their own opinion but, IMHO: 1. timeshares are poor investments unless bought used at a deep discount 2. nothing is worth sitting throught high pressure sales 3. there are enough cheap hotel deals here in Vegas that you don't need to put up with this foolishness.

No they are correct in these times. It's like condemning American consumers for saving more and spending less, and holding back the economy. We're in frugal times and conferences and meetings need to be all business.
